During the meeting, SEDD honoured its contracted service centres in recognition of their outstanding performance throughout 2025 and their vital contribution to enhancing service quality, streamlining procedures, and supporting the emirate’s economic ecosystem.
The event, attended by several department directors, officials, and representatives of service centres, included a review of key achievements that contributed to higher customer satisfaction and improved operational efficiency. The discussion also covered initiatives implemented by the centres to streamline procedures and provide an advanced service experience aligned with top government standards.
His Excellency Hamad Ali Abdullah Al Mahmoud, Chairman of SEDD and Member of the Sharjah Executive Council, affirmed that recognising service centres demonstrates the department’s commitment to strengthening strategic partnerships with the private sector and ensuring the ongoing development of public services.
He said: “Service centres are key partners in the emirate’s economic ecosystem. Their exceptional performance in 2025 shows their professionalism and dedication to the high standards we aim to achieve. We value their efforts in supporting SEDD’s vision of enabling advanced economic services that simplify business activities and enhance Sharjah’s competitiveness.”
H.E. Al Mahmoud added that the department will continue coordinating with service centres and empowering them through training programmes and regular evaluations to maintain service quality and ensure a seamless customer experience.
He emphasised that SEDD remains committed to advancing its service framework through innovative solutions, noting: ‚We work to embed a culture of excellence and innovation across all contracted centres. Our aim is to deliver services with speed, accuracy, and transparency, reflecting Sharjah’s vision of enhancing the quality of life and fostering a vibrant, investor-friendly business environment.”
