Mohammed Abdullah Rashid Al Hamoudi, Chairman of Dibba Al Hisn Football Club, also attended the meeting.

The festival is scheduled to take place on January 24 and 25, 2026, with support from the Sharjah Sports Council.

The meeting brought together several figures from different government departments in Dibba Al-Hisn and members of the festival's organizing team. This highlights how essential it is for various groups to work together to make the festival a success. The event has become a well-known annual celebration that showcases the importance of the Dibba Al Hisn Club in promoting sports and community initiatives.

Several key partners also joined the discussion, including people from the local Department of Culture, the police, the municipality, and social and economic services. The conversation focused on how these groups can collaborate effectively, plan for security, and provide services during the festival, along with organizing cultural and community activities that will take place alongside the event.

The meeting reviewed the festival's general plan and activities, as well as the roles and responsibilities assigned to participating parties, to ensure a well-executed event that reflects the club’s reputation and aligns with the directives of the Sharjah Sports Council, which bolsters such initiatives.

During the meeting, a representative from Dibba Al Hisn highlighted that the festival serves many purposes. It encourages people to participate in sports, helps identify new talent, and promotes social unity within the community. They also noted that the success of past festivals has inspired them to come up with fresh ideas and offer a wider variety of activities.
