The medals were distributed as follows: Sultan Abdullah Al Wutri won three medals, claiming gold in the 50m backstroke and bronze in both the 100m freestyle and 100m backstroke. Ali Al Hufaiti secured two medals, winning gold in the 50m freestyle and bronze in the 100m freestyle. Mansour Al Naqbi also won two medals, taking silver in the 100m butterfly and bronze in the 50m butterfly. Mohammed Yousif Al Hammadi earned two medals, winning bronze in the 50m backstroke and silver in the 50m butterfly. In addition, the club’s swimmers claimed third place and the bronze medal in the 4×100m freestyle relay. The relay team comprised Mohammed Yousif Al Hammadi, Mohammed Saqrwh Al Dhahouri, Mohammed Yousif Al Hammadi, and Mohammed Juma Al Yahyai.
This achievement confirms the continued development of Dibba Al Hisn swimmers and the success of the club’s training programmes in preparing athletes for competitions, strengthening the club’s presence in swimming championships across Sharjah.
Abdullah Saeed Al Wutri Al Dhahouri, Chairman of the Individual Games Committee, praised the outstanding level demonstrated by the club’s swimmers, stressing that the results reflect the club’s efforts to develop athletes’ skills and enhance their technical and physical performance. He also commended their commitment and strong competitive spirit, which contributed to this distinguished achievement. He further noted the prominent role of the club’s Board of Directors in supporting training programmes and providing the necessary resources, praising their strategic vision in advancing sports in the city and encouraging young talents to achieve the best possible results.
