"ACRES 2026" supports developers and real estate companies

Sharjah 24: His Excellency Abdulaziz Rashid Al Saleh, Director of the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, explained that the Sharjah ACRES Property Expo 2026 will be held from January 21 to 24, under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah.

Supporting local and international developers and real estate companies

His Excellency Abdulaziz Rashid Al Saleh, Director of the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, stated that the department is organising the Sharjah ACRES Property Expo 2026 to support local and international developers and real estate companies in marketing and launching their new projects in the real estate market.

Speaking exclusively to Sharjah 24, Al Saleh affirmed that the exhibition enjoys the support of the Sharjah government through reduced transaction fees. The Sharjah Executive Council (SEC) approved a reduction in sales and purchase fees for transactions conducted at the Sharjah ACRES Property Expo 2026. Sales fees will be 0.5% for real estate developers, 1% for UAE and GCC nationals, and 2% for other nationalities.

Al Saleh added that the real estate market in Sharjah is experiencing a significant boom and is witnessing high demand from investors and those seeking properties, which the real estate exhibition provides.
