Sharjah24: The Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition ACRES 2026 opens on Wednesday at Expo Centre Sharjah, under the patronage of Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah. The exhibition runs until 24 January and is expected to generate property transactions exceeding AED 5 billion.

Organised by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in collaboration with the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department and Leader Events Management, ACRES 2026 records its highest-ever participation, with more than 120 exhibitors occupying the full 10,000 square metres of exhibition space.

200 projects across residential and investment segments

Exhibitors are showcasing more than 200 newly launched projects, including residential units, integrated communities, commercial and industrial properties, and strategic investment plots. Several developments are being introduced to the Sharjah market for the first time, alongside projects aligned with sustainable urban growth strategies.

Incentives and regulatory milestones

Visitors benefit from a 50% reduction in real estate registration fees for transactions concluded during the exhibition, as approved by the Sharjah Executive Council. ACRES 2026 also marks the launch of Sharjah’s first escrow account system for real estate projects, enhancing transparency and investor protection.

Knowledge programme and market momentum

The exhibition features more than 30 free panel discussions, workshops, and training sessions in Arabic and English, alongside the debut of the ACRES Podcast. The event coincides with strong market performance, with Sharjah recording AED 44.3 billion in cash real estate transactions during the first nine months of 2025.
