Speaking to Sharjah24 on Monday evening, 9 March, at Souq Sharia Al Dhaid, Aisha Saleh said the festival helps to boost commercial activity while allowing residents and visitors to experience the vibrant spirit of Ramadan in Sharjah.
She explained that this year’s programme includes a variety of events across different areas of the emirate, highlighting two main attractions: Al Dhaid Nights and Filli Nights, which blend traditional heritage experiences with Ramadan shopping and family entertainment.
Saleh mentioned that the Chamber has allocated several valuable prizes for shoppers and visitors, including two Nissan cars as the festival’s grand prizes, along with gold bars and shopping vouchers worth AED 10,000 for multiple winners.
She noted that the organising committee has scheduled the main prize draws as follows: March 22 at Souq Sharia Al Dhaid, March 23 at the Heritage Market in the Filli area, and March 25 at Mega Mall, where the festival will conclude with the final grand draw.
