Al Musallam said the event concluded on Sunday across Sharjah’s cities and regions, drawing large crowds from the Arab and international communities. The festival featured more than 300 artisans, along with numerous traditional singers, chanters and folk performers, creating a vibrant cultural atmosphere.
He noted that the strong public engagement successfully reflected the event’s theme, “Glow of Authenticity,” offering a distinctive cultural experience that presented heritage in a lively, people-centred way that resonates across generations.
The 23rd edition of Sharjah Heritage Days hosted participants from 27 Arab and foreign countries, with Portugal serving as the guest of honour.
