The event is held under the theme “Glow of Authenticity” at the heritage village in Wadi Al Helo.
Omair Saeed Al Mazrouei, Director of the Wadi Al Helo Office, said the event features a diverse programme of heritage activities, including traditional chants, folk and war dance performances, and displays of traditional handicrafts. The programme also includes a popular food corner and a traditional market, allowing visitors to experience authentic Emirati heritage in a setting that reflects the past.
Al Mazrouei noted that the event saw strong attendance from the first day, with broad participation from residents of Wadi Al Helo and neighbouring areas. The activities will continue over two days until 15 February, and he invited the public to visit the heritage village and enjoy its cultural and heritage programmes, which strengthen community ties to national identity.
