Tariq Allay: Ramadan Majlis reshapes the dialogue landscape

His Excellency Tariq Saeed Allay, Director General of the Sharjah Government Media Bureau, revealed the launch of the 15th edition of the Ramadan Majlis, hosted at the Aljada site in Sharjah and organised by the Sharjah Press Club. He explained that the Majlis continues to offer specialised dialogue sessions that bring together experts and prominent figures to discuss current developments and topics in various sectors. He noted that the Majlis's activities will run from February 22nd to 26th.

Specialised topics

Speaking exclusively to Sharjah 24, His Excellency explained that the Majlis is keen to diversify its topics annually to keep pace with developments in the cultural, media, and tourism sectors. He noted that the sessions of this year's edition address specialised themes, allowing attendees to learn about the latest trends and developments and interact directly with guests in an open dialogue environment.

Combining culture with entertainment

The Director General of SGMB added that the accompanying events include competitions, prizes, and entertainment, enhancing the attendees' experience and making the Council a comprehensive Ramadan destination that combines cultural enrichment with community engagement. He emphasised that the Majlis continuity for 15 years reflects its success in achieving its objectives and establishing itself as an annual platform that strengthens the media and cultural landscape in the emirate and contributes to showcasing Sharjah's model for organising specialised dialogue events.
