Sharjah 24 – WAM: Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has been killed in joint US and Israeli strikes, Iran's Islamic Republic News Agency reported on Sunday.

The Iranian official media outlets also declared 40 days of national mourning following his death.

Earlier reports from state media said that Khamenei’s daughter, grandchild, daughter-in-law and son-in-law were also killed in the US-Israeli attacks.
