Al Muhairi told Sharjah 24 that the materials used are eco-friendly and approved locally and internationally. He added that campaigns are currently intensive to monitor, assess, and eliminate pest breeding sites, with regular follow-ups.

Community role in pest control

He highlighted the importance of public participation, urging residents to eliminate any indoor water accumulations or report them to the municipality via 993. The municipality remains fully prepared to handle all such developments.
