Sharjah24 - WAM: A delegation from the National Human Rights Institution (NHRI), headed by Dr Salem Al Neyadi, carried out field visits across the UAE to evaluate the effects of Iranian attacks. The attacks were identified as infringing on several fundamental rights guaranteed under international human rights law. The team inspected key infrastructure, healthcare facilities, and residential neighborhoods, fulfilling the NHRI’s mandate to safeguard and promote human rights throughout the country.

Review of services and safety measures

During the visits, the delegation examined efforts to provide essential services to affected individuals and reviewed measures to ensure community safety. They evaluated responses in line with human rights standards, focusing on safeguarding fundamental rights and preserving human dignity.
