Sharjah24: The Sharjah Capability Development “Tatweer”, affiliated with Rubu Qarn for Creating Future Leaders and Innovators, has announced the opening of registration for the 2026 edition of its “Masar” initiative, aimed at preparing Emirati youth to enter the labour market with confidence and competence through an integrated training experience combining professional development, practical training, and personalised guidance.

Enhancing readiness for evolving job market

The initiative reflects the institution’s ongoing efforts to enhance youth capabilities and ensure their readiness for evolving job market demands. “Masar” is designed as a structured training pathway focused on building professional skills, developing personal competencies, and enabling participants to make informed career decisions.

In response to rapid changes in the labour market and the growing need for skilled national talent, the programme aims to strengthen employability and support long-term career stability.

Registration and selection timeline

Registration is now open, with a deadline set for 7 June 2026. Shortlisted candidates will move to interviews between 15 and 18 June, followed by an evaluation phase on 22 June. Training workshops will then be held in two phases on 29–30 June and 1–2 July 2026 in Sharjah.

Commenting on the initiative, Khalid Ibrahim Al Nuaimi, Director of the Sharjah Capability Development, said “Masar” provides a real-world experience that places participants at the heart of workplace challenges through training, mentoring, and continuous assessment.

Eligibility criteria

He added that the programme helps young people better understand their abilities, develop their skills, and build clearer and more stable career paths. The institution also noted that applicants must have graduated within the past three years to ensure the programme targets those at the early stage of entering the workforce.
