The first is a dark chocolate with Al Faya natural honey and sea salt — a pairing that lets the golden, floral notes of the reserve honey come through against the depth of fine dark chocolate, finished with a delicate touch of salt. The second is inspired by the beloved Emirati dish, asida, combining pumpkin, dates, and almond slices, with cardamom and saffron taking centre stage to deliver a flavour that is unmistakably warm Emirati.
