The session was attended by Humaid Al Shamsi, Chairman of the Club’s Board of Directors; Abdullatif Al Fardan; and Haitham Al Zarouni, Director of Community Sports at the Ministry of Sports.
Board members, employees, administrators, coaches, players, partners, parents, media representatives and local community members also attended the event.
In his opening remarks, Humaid Al Shamsi welcomed attendees and reviewed the club’s achievements in recent years across sports, culture and the community.
He affirmed the board’s commitment to continuing the club’s development and to enhancing its operational system.
Participants discussed six major development areas: marketing and investment; media and community cultural content; club services; innovation and digital transformation; football and team sports; and individual sports and talent development.
Attendees presented a range of innovative ideas and initiatives to strengthen the club’s standing and expand its sporting and community role in line with future aspirations.
Humaid Al Shamsi explained that the brainstorming session forms part of the club’s strategic plan, which began two seasons ago with the launch of the “Innovation Lab” initiative.
He praised the ideas and recommendations raised during the session, noting that the club’s management will review the proposals and implement the most suitable to reinforce Al Hamriyah Club’s position as a leading cultural and sports institution serving the local community.
