Al Hamriyah Club holds “Quality of Life Committee” meeting

Sharjah24: His Excellency Hamid Al Shamsi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Hamriyah Cultural and Sports Club, presided over the regular meeting of the Quality-of-Life Committee on Wednesday, 8 April 2026, at the club's headquarters. The meeting was attended by Ahmed Al Ketbi, Vice Chairman of the Board; Hamad Al Shamsi, Financial Director; Dr Sultan Al Shamsi, Quality and Excellence Consultant; and Ayman Al Amri, Executive Director.

Progress of approved initiatives and performance indicators

The meeting examined the progress of approved initiatives and performance indicators related to quality of life in the work environment. It also followed up on the implementation of previous programmes and ensured their alignment with strategic objectives. Additionally, the importance of integrating organisational units and activating continuous improvement tools was discussed.

The Quality of Life Committee approved several policies and regulations supporting the institutional work system, most notably the "Quality of Life Plan," which improves operational efficiency, enhances service quality, and remains in line with best management practices.

At the conclusion of the meeting, His Excellency Hamid Al Shamsi emphasised the importance of continuing to implement quality initiatives that enhance institutional life, strengthen best administrative practices, promote institutional sustainability, and increase employee and customer satisfaction.
