The Quality of Life Committee approved several policies and regulations supporting the institutional work system, most notably the "Quality of Life Plan," which improves operational efficiency, enhances service quality, and remains in line with best management practices.
At the conclusion of the meeting, His Excellency Hamid Al Shamsi emphasised the importance of continuing to implement quality initiatives that enhance institutional life, strengthen best administrative practices, promote institutional sustainability, and increase employee and customer satisfaction.
