His Highness stressed that investing in future generations is an investment in the emirate’s future, highlighting the importance of creating supportive environments that help identify talent, develop capabilities and connect youth with knowledge and quality opportunities.

The “Ajyal 2026” strategy targets young people aged 11 to 24 through progressive development pathways tailored to the characteristics of each age group.
The programme guides participants through stages ranging from self-discovery and confidence-building to identifying future directions, empowerment, participation and making an impact.
The strategy is built around four key objectives, including empowering youth through specialised knowledge and future skills, establishing a research system to better understand youth realities and needs, enhancing youth-focused policymaking, and developing an integrated partnership ecosystem that broadens opportunities for community participation and development.
The strategy also aims to create a flexible knowledge and policy framework grounded in a realistic, continuously updated understanding of youth needs.
It aims to translate research findings and youth participation outcomes into recommendations and visions that contribute to improving youth, education and empowerment policies and programmes.
The strategy described “Ajyal” as an integrated development platform dedicated to empowering youth through practical educational experiences, specialised partnerships and development pathways centred on future skills, creativity and community engagement.
The initiative aims to prepare a generation capable of shaping its future and actively contributing to community development.
During a tour of the accompanying exhibition, the Crown Prince of Ajman reviewed several projects, initiatives and creative works presented as part of the “Ajyal” programme.
The showcased projects reflected participants’ talents, creativity and community initiatives, highlighting the programme’s role in fostering a more aware, engaged and influential generation.
