Sharjah 24 – WAM: Under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of Ajman Executive Council, the Ajman Department of Tourism Development, has introduced a new package of incentives aimed at strengthening its tourism sector, attracting investment, and improving competitiveness.

Supporting a resilient tourism sector

The initiative is designed to enhance the sustainability and resilience of tourism businesses in Ajman by improving the overall operating environment and supporting long-term sector growth.

Fee exemptions and financial relief measures

The package includes deferring tourism fees for six months starting March 2026, waiving late renewal fines, and exempting event permit and licence renewal fees during the same period.

Flexible payments and industry support

It also introduces interest-free instalment options for outstanding dues, along with exemptions from participation fees in tourism exhibitions and promotional workshops.

Boosting visitor engagement

As part of the measures, museums in Ajman will offer free entry until the end of 2026, supporting cultural tourism and increasing visitor engagement across the emirate.
