Al-Harmoudi: SA strives to create interactive initiatives

Layla Al-Harmoudi, the Director of Strategic Planning and Performance Management at Sharjah International Airport, stated that the airport authority is committed to creating interactive initiatives as part of the UAE Innovates activities, aiming to enhance a culture of innovation among employees and engage strategic partners and stakeholders in the process of developing and improving the passenger journey.

She added to Sharjah 24 that one of the innovation activities at Sharjah International Airport is the "Rate Your Airport Experience" initiative, which aims to involve employees, partners, and stakeholders in improving the passenger experience by seeking their feedback and understanding their vision for the future of Sharjah Airport.

Layla Al-Harmoudi pointed out that one of the innovative devices at the airport is the Smart Information Kiosk, which facilitates effective communication between passengers and customer service representatives, affirming that the communication can be visual or voice-based, and the device includes various features to serve all segments of society, including those with disabilities.
