Sharjah24: Al Hamriyah Cultural and Sports Club organized a workshop titled "Emotional Intelligence in Facing Work Challenges" for its employees, presented by Sheikh Khalid Al-Mazmi, a psychological specialist. The event was attended by the club's employees and its Executive Director, Mr. Ahmed Rashid Al-Shamsi.
The workshop saw positive engagement from employees, covering the importance of emotional intelligence in coping with life’s pressures and its role in enhancing employee effectiveness and achieving emotional success.
Al-Shamsi stated that the workshop is part of the strategy set by the club's Board of Directors, led by His Excellency Hamid Al-Shamsi, aimed at developing professional skills and enhancing employees' capabilities.
Club employees collectively expressed their significant benefit from the workshop, particularly in empowering each employee to interact positively with their colleagues, thereby benefiting the overall work environment.
