Sharjah 24: Sharjah Police reported extraordinary success in traffic management during the severe fog that blanketed the emirate's roads early this morning. Despite drastically limited visibility, authorities recorded zero serious accidents, thanks to dedicated field operations, prompt response, and the traffic management system's high level of readiness.

The Traffic and Patrols Directorate began implementing a robust operating strategy early in the morning. Patrols were increased on both internal and exterior roadways, smart monitoring systems linked to the central operations centre were fully used, and traffic diversion plans were implemented as needed to ensure smooth flow and reduce the danger of accidents.

Brigadier Khalid Al Kai, Director of the Traffic and Patrols Department, stated that the favourable results demonstrate Sharjah Police's readiness and capacity to adapt effectively to changing weather conditions. He also praised the people for their cooperation, attention to guidance, and road awareness, which were critical in attaining this result. Such measures help to promote a safe traffic environment, improve quality of life, and build public trust in the police.
