Sharjah Police, Rafid discuss enhancing service delivery

Sharjah24: Sharjah Police and Rafid Automotive Solutions conducted a joint meeting to discuss ways to improve services provided to customers, as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen cooperation and enhance operational efficiency.

The joint committee responsible for planning minor traffic accidents was chaired by Brigadier Staff Omar Al Ghazal Al Shamsi, Director-General of the General Directorate of Operations and Security Support at Sharjah Police, who also serves as Chairman of the Committee.

It was attended by Brigadier Dr Jassim Mohammed bin Hadda, Deputy Director-General of Operations and Security Support; Ahmed Juma Al Musharrakh, CEO of Rafid Vehicle Solutions; and Colonel Omar Mohammed Bu Ghanem, Deputy Director of Traffic and Patrols.

During the meeting, the committee reviewed key performance indicators for their work during the first quarter of 2026.

Focus on improving customer services

The discussions also covered development plans to enhance the services provided to customers, along with reviewing current and upcoming projects and initiatives.

Strengthening cooperation for better outcomes

Brigadier Staff Omar Al Ghazal Al Shamsi emphasised the importance of enhancing collaboration and coordination with Rafid Vehicle Solutions to improve the services provided to individuals.

He commended the company’s crucial role in coordinating minor traffic accident planning within the emirate, emphasising that its efforts align with the committee’s goals and benefit the public.
