Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed approved the Healthy Living Strategy, overseen by the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi. The strategy encourages healthy eating, physical activity, and preventive health policies, leveraging data and AI to enhance community wellbeing and support informed, healthy lifestyle choices.
The council approved the Integrated Water Strategy, led by the Department of Energy, to strengthen water security, optimise infrastructure, and adopt advanced technologies and AI solutions. The strategy focuses on sustainable water management, climate resilience, and meeting rising demand across all sectors.
During the meeting, the council reviewed updates on government projects, programmes, and initiatives, emphasising timely implementation, integration of modern technologies, and AI solutions to ensure high-quality services and improved quality of life for Abu Dhabi residents.
His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed highlighted that both strategies align with Abu Dhabi’s long-term vision, aiming to build a resilient, sustainable, and future-ready health and water infrastructure while supporting community wellbeing and the emirate’s climate goals through 2050.
