UAE National Team departs for Doha to participate in Arab Cup

Sharjah 24: The UAE Football Association announced that the national team delegation departed today for Doha in preparation for the FIFA Arab Cup, which will be held from December 1st to 18th.

Group C lineup and schedule

The UAE will compete in Group C alongside Egypt, Jordan, and Kuwait. The team will kick off its tournament campaign on December 3 against Jordan at Al Bayt Stadium, face Egypt on December 6 at Lusail Stadium, and conclude its group stage matches against Kuwait on December 9 at Stadium 974.

Squad and preparations

The UAE squad consists of 24 players: Ali Khaseif, Hamad Al Muqbali, Adel Al Hosani, Ruben Felipe, Lucas Pimenta, Kwame Kwiddo, Alaa El Din Zuhair, Sasha Ivkovic, Richard O'Connor, Marcus Meloni, Khalid Al Dhanhani, Gustavo Alex, Ali Saleh, Hareb Abdullah, Essam Fayez, Nicolas Jimenez, Yahya Nader, Majed Rashid, Yahya Al Ghassani, Luan Pereira, Caio Lucas, Bruno Oliveira, Mohammed Juma, and Sultan Adel.

The team began its training camp in Dubai last Wednesday, conducting sessions under the guidance of Romanian coach Cosmin Olăroiu and his staff.
