Al Hamriyah rowing team wins round 4 of UAE Championship

Sharjah 24: The Al Hamriyah modern rowing team claimed victory in the fourth round of the UAE Championship, held on Saturday, November 29, 2025, at the Fujairah International Marine Sports Club. The event took place under the patronage of Sheikh Saif bin Hamad bin Saif Al Sharqi, the club’s president.

Outstanding medal haul and overall victory

Al Hamriyah topped the overall standings after securing an impressive 42 medals, including 18 gold, 12 silver, and 12 bronze, earning them the round’s championship cup.

Leadership praise and team spirit

Salem Al Khayal, board member of Al Hamriyah Club and head of the Individual Games and Talent Development Committee, praised the team’s exceptional performance, commending both the technical and administrative staff as well as the players’ determination.
