Al Hamriyah swimmers collectively won 13 medals at the championships, including 2 gold, 7 silver, and 4 bronze. Mohammed Al-Muhairi also achieved a personal best with a time of 1:33.33. The event followed the World Championships system and featured over 1,670 participants from 80 government clubs and private academies.
His Excellency Humaid Al Shamsi, Chairman of Al Hamriyah Cultural and Sports Club, congratulated Hamad Al-Shehhi on his record and praised the dedication of the coaching staff and other medal-winning swimmers.
