The project aims to support regional and international productions to meet world-class standards.
Shams will also showcase its extensive production facilities, including top-tier filming studios, audio recording rooms, broadcast areas, and a fully equipped podcast studio. The “Shams Training” initiative—aimed at developing media talent and preparing professionals for contemporary content industries—will also be highlighted.
The city will introduce specialised commercial licence packages tailored for entrepreneurs in the media and content sectors, offering flexible and supportive business arrangements for startups seeking to establish sustainable ventures.
