Sharjah Police organizes innovation workshop for its employees

Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Police, in collaboration with the Strategy and Corporate Leadership Department, recently held an Innovation Lab for employees, a workshop, at the Research and Development Center at Sharjah Safari. The goal of this lab was to improve communication, share ideas, and find the best ways to make work processes better.

During the workshop, participants tackled important challenges that could affect their work, shared their ideas, and came up with creative solutions. This teamwork aimed to support the center's goals and help fulfill the broader objectives of the Sharjah Police.

Colonel Dr Jassim Al Suwaidi, the Director of the Research and Development Center, highlighted that hosting this lab is an important step toward fostering a creative environment and preparing for the future. He noted that the initiative is designed to empower employees to create innovative strategies and improve the ways they work, ultimately enhancing the effectiveness of public safety efforts.
