Al Mansour said the 16th edition of the Arab Theatre Festival in Cairo is showcasing a wide range of theatrical works from across the Arab world, competing for the His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi Award for Best Arab Theatrical Work.
In statements to Sharjah 24, Al Mansour noted that Cairo is hosting the festival for the third time, highlighting the strong audience engagement and appreciation of artistic creativity on Egyptian stages, alongside high attendance across the city’s theatres.
The Al-Samar, Al-Salam, and Al-Jumhuriya theatres will present 14 performances during the festival, which brings together more than 700 theatre professionals from various Arab countries.
