Sharjah Health Authority joins WHX's UAE Health platform

Sharjah 24: Sheikha Fatima Ahmed Al Qasimi, Deputy Director of the Government Communication Department at the Sharjah Health Authority, said the authority was pleased to be taking part in the World Health Expo (WHX), currently being held at Expo City Dubai.

Speaking to “Sharjah 24,” Al Qasimi said the participation reflects the vision and guidance of His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, who places human health and quality of life at the heart of the emirate’s priorities.

She explained that the authority’s presence forms part of the unified “UAE Health” platform at WHX, marking its official institutional participation in the specialised healthcare event. The move, she noted, underscores the authority’s commitment to supporting the health sector while strengthening cooperation and encouraging the exchange of expertise with relevant bodies and institutions.

Al Qasimi added that the Sharjah Health Authority is keen to maintain a strong and active presence at major international and local healthcare forums, as part of its efforts to build partnerships and highlight its leading initiatives and achievements in the health sector.
