Light Village offers fun and artistic experiences for visitors

In 2026, the festival introduced the "Light Village," a lively place perfect for families. The village features a variety of restaurants, shops, entertainment options, interactive experiences, and beautiful light installations.

Located next to the University City Hall, the "Light Village" will be open until February 22nd. It’s a great spot for visitors to relax before or after the main light shows or to enjoy a fun night out. Each year, the Sharjah Light Festival grows in popularity, attracting more and more visitors and media attention, and becoming one of the most awaited events in the area.

The festival is well-known for its breathtaking light shows that brighten up the city’s most famous sites. The "Light Village" is a particularly exciting place, filled with unique shops and entertaining experiences.

In line with its focus on diversity and inclusivity, the Village features over 50 local food and drink options, along with 25 shops that offer a mix of both new and well-known local brands. Each year, more local entrepreneurs join in, making the festival a great opportunity for new businesses and boosting the local economy.
