SCTDA obtains ISO for Training and Education Quality

The ISO 10015:2019 standard provides guidance for talent management and improving the quality of education and training within organisations by linking the design and implementation of training to competency needs and organisational objectives. Scope of certification

The ISO 10015:2019 certification encompasses all training and competency development services provided by the Vocational and Tourism Training Department to various tourism industries, including the design, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of training programmes.
