Dibba Al Hisn organises "Ramadan Food Basket" initiative

Sharjah24: In anticipation of the holy month of Ramadan, the Dibba Al Hisn branch of the Sharjah Department of Public Works, through its Branches Department, organised a community initiative called "Ramadan Food Basket" (Ramadan Ration) in cooperation with branch employees. This initiative aimed to promote the values of solidarity and charitable work during Ramadan and targeted workers.

Complete food baskets containing essential items to meet their needs during the holy month were distributed, bringing joy to their hearts and expressing appreciation for their continued efforts.

Fostering social responsibility and the culture of giving

Those in charge of the initiative emphasised that this gesture reflects the department's commitment to social responsibility and its dedication to fostering a culture of giving and compassion, as well as strengthening a sense of unity among all employees across government entities.

The initiative was met with widespread participation from branch employees, who prepared and distributed the Ramadan food baskets, reflecting the spirit of cooperation and solidarity that characterises the Sharjah community.
