The programme included an interactive session led by Dr Aisha Al Mutawa on stage, which highlighted the importance of understanding behaviour before making definitive judgments about students’ daily actions. The opening session also featured a film conveying key messages aimed at promoting ethical conduct in society, emphasising the family’s role in instilling values and transforming them into daily practices that influence children’s behaviour within the community.
The programme was attended by students from Sharjah schools, along with teachers and administrative staff. It was delivered through an interactive learning experience that combined visual presentations with practical activities, contributing to the development of personal and social skills, promoting positive behaviour, a sense of responsibility, and active community participation. This aligns with the Year of the Family's objectives of building conscious generations capable of making positive contributions to society.
The "Values Stations" programme also included a range of interactive activities held in side halls, most notably the "Values Traffic Light" game and the "How to Apply Values in Our Daily Lives" station. These activities stimulated critical thinking, fostered dialogue and teamwork, and employed innovative teaching methods tailored to the target age groups and supporting partnerships between families and educational institutions.
The programme's organisation reflects the Sharjah Family Development’s commitment to implementing impactful initiatives that contribute to building a generation aware of its values, capable of making positive decisions, and actively participating in building a cohesive and sustainable society in the Emirate of Sharjah.
