The programme reflects the Foundation’s commitment to preparing a conscious generation capable of taking responsibility and leading future initiatives, through the development of self-control skills, strengthening the ability to manage emotions and desires in a mindful and responsible manner, alongside building essential leadership competencies.
The programme addressed a number of important themes, most notably the concept of self-discipline and its impact on building a leadership personality, distinguishing between natural emotions and uncontrolled reactions, the skill of pausing before acting, and the relationship between self-control and sound decision-making, in addition to focusing on the concept and qualities of successful leadership. A series of interactive questions were also introduced, encouraging participants to think and engage in discussion, creating a rich dialogue environment.
The “Let’s Talk” initiative, part of the Foundation’s series of awareness and educational programmes, places strong emphasis on young people within the target age group by offering quality programmes that address their issues and needs, contributing to the development of their capabilities and the refinement of their various skills.
