The programme features an open discussion forum on contemporary thought, poetry, and devotional evenings, as well as a photography exhibition showcasing mosques across Sharjah. It also includes specialised workshops on Arabic calligraphy, as well as a ceremony honouring the winners of the club’s annual Holy Qur’an competition.
Through this programme, the club aims to strengthen the role of culture and creativity in the community while offering the public opportunities to attend and participate in various events. The aim is to offer a setting where people can gather, listen, reflect, and participate—bringing together artistic expression and the spiritual character of Ramadan in a way that feels natural and unforced.
Events will run throughout the month, with writers, artists and invited guests contributing to the evenings and sharing their work with the public. The club hopes the programme will offer a setting for dialogue and reflection while presenting Arab culture, as well as artistic and spiritual expressions, in a way that feels both contemporary and accessible.
