Sharjah 24: Khalid Bin Sultan Al Qasimi Humanitarian Foundation and Alef Real Estate Group formed a partnership valued at AED 18.5 million, aiming to support children in needy communities. The alliance came as a form of inspiration for the late Sheikh Khalid Bin Sultan Al Qasimi’s legacy.

The late Sheikh Khalid bin Sultan Al Qasimi founded Alef Group in 2013 with the aim of developing real estate projects that invest in people and society, enhancing the quality of life. Based on this legacy, Alef Group became a key founding partner of the Khalid bin Sultan Al Qasimi Humanitarian Foundation, which was established in 2024 under the chairmanship of Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, wife of His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, to continue the humanitarian path launched by Sheikh Khalid, especially in the field of protecting and empowering children worldwide.

The two organizations will collaborate to create strategic programs that ensure children’s voices are heard, their rights are protected, and their future is safeguarded. By joining forces, they will create a safe environment that enriches children’s experiences, helps them to grow and thrive, and builds a model that promotes the noble gesture globally.

Alef Group will assist KSQHF’s campaigns, operations, and programs in communities in need, enhancing its ability to amplify its humanitarian impact. The group will provide financial assistance along with other resources until 2027, allowing the foundation to grow its humanitarian programs and strengthen its presence.

The alliance was established at Alef Group’s headquarters, in the presence of Raed Kajoor Al Nuaimi, CEO of Alef Group, and Logan Murad, Director General of the Khalid Bin Sultan Al Qasimi Humanitarian Foundation.

Raed Kajour Al Nuaimi stated that Sheikh Khalid bin Sultan’s legacy inspires various initiatives. Establishing the Alef Group was to focus on humanitarian principles in enhancing societal status. He added that partnering with KSQHF will affirm the commitment to social responsibility to empower children.

Logan Murad stated that the collaboration marks a pivotal moment, highlighting that teaming up with organizations, in this case with Aleph Group, is essential to make a difference in helping those in need. It boosts the ability to support children affected by conflict, poverty, and natural disasters, and also addresses serious child issues such as forced labour and human trafficking.
