UAE President receives phone call from Canada's PM

During the call, the Prime Minister of Canada reiterated his country’s solidarity with the UAE following the blatant Iranian attacks on its territory and on several other countries in the region. He conveyed Canada’s condemnation of the attacks, describing them as a clear violation of state sovereignty and the principles of international law, and as actions that undermine regional and international security and stability.

Call for De-Escalation and dialogue

His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan expressed appreciation to the Canadian Prime Minister for Canada’s supportive position toward the UAE.

His Highness also stressed the importance of an immediate cessation of escalatory actions and a return to meaningful dialogue and diplomatic efforts to resolve the current crisis and safeguard regional security and stability.
