SCI distributes 1,000 meals on Zayed Humanitarian Work Day

The meals were distributed to those fasting at six locations within the association's Iftar sites.

Honouring Zayed legacy

Abdullah Sultan bin Khadem, Executive Director of the Sharjah Charity International, explained that organising this initiative coincides with Zayed Humanitarian Work Day, which represents an occasion to recall the approach of giving established by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God have mercy on him, who made humanitarian work a firmly established value in the UAE society. He added that Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank’s support for this initiative embodies the spirit of community partnership between charitable institutions and the banking sector.
