Inter Milan, the Serie A leaders, overturned a two-goal deficit against Como to secure a well-deserved 4-3 win, extending their lead over defending champions Napoli to nine points in the 32nd round of the Italian Serie A football league.
Inter fell behind to goals from Spaniard Alex Valle (36) and Argentinian Nico Bas (45), before Marcus Thuram (45+1) equalised just before half-time. Thuram then levelled the score early in the second half (49). Dutchman Denzel Dumfries added two goals in the 58th and 72nd minutes, securing the three points for the Nerazzurri.
Como scored a third goal after being awarded a penalty for a foul by Frenchman Ange-Yoane Pons on Bas. Luca Da Cunha converted the penalty (89).
The Milanese club played the match without their captain and top scorer, Argentine Lautaro Martinez, who sustained another injury setback.
Inter increased their lead at the top of the table to 75 points, nine points ahead of Napoli, who had earlier been held to a 1-1 draw by Parma.
