The ministry said that some private higher education institutions will have flexibility in applying hybrid and distance learning models when needed, in accordance with approved regulations, taking into account each institution’s readiness and the requirements of organised academic implementation.
It confirmed that higher education institutions continue, in coordination with the ministry and relevant authorities, to monitor the implementation of preparedness and operational plans, ensuring a smooth return to in-person learning in line with the highest standards of safety and quality.
It added that educational institutions will remain ready to switch to alternative learning modes when necessary, ensuring the continuity of the educational process smoothly and flexibly.
