The ministry confirmed that private schools will have flexibility to apply a staggered hybrid learning system when needed, in accordance with approved regulations and under the supervision of local education authorities, taking into account each institution’s readiness and ensuring smooth implementation.
It added that private schools applying the staggered hybrid model must organise staff deployment in a way that supports learning continuity, without assigning the same teacher to deliver both in-person and remote teaching simultaneously, in order to maintain education quality and balance the workload of teaching staff. It also confirmed that educational institutions will remain prepared to switch to alternative learning modes when necessary, ensuring the continuity of the educational process smoothly and flexibly.
