The UAE demonstrates AI adoption levels that exceed expectations relative to its GDP per capita, alongside Singapore, and consistently ranks globally in AI capabilities. More than 80% of employees in the UAE regularly use AI tools in the workplace, with high levels of trust in the technology.
The report revealed that the UAE is among the fastest-growing countries in AI engineering skills, with technical expertise advancing more rapidly than general awareness. AI talent concentration in the country increased by over 100% between 2019 and 2025, while the UAE ranked highly in net talent inflow, reaching approximately 4.40 per 10,000 LinkedIn members.
AI-related job postings accounted for around 2.87% of total job listings in 2025, placing the UAE among global leaders in demand for AI professionals.
The report underscored the UAE’s commitment to integrating AI into education through the National AI Strategy 2031. It noted that AI education has become mandatory across all school levels starting from the 2025–2026 academic year, covering core areas such as data, algorithms, innovation, and ethics.
At the research level, the report highlighted the role of Abu Dhabi’s Technology Innovation Institute as a leading global hub for advanced technology research, particularly in applied AI through Falcon models.
The report concluded that the UAE continues to outperform expectations in AI adoption while maintaining a strong global presence, reinforcing its position as a leading centre for artificial intelligence worldwide.
