The new service will commence on 1 May 2026, with three weekly flights between Zayed International Airport and Amman City Airport. The route offers passengers more flexible and affordable travel options between the two destinations.
This addition marks the airline's second airport in Jordan, complementing its existing daily flights to Queen Alia International Airport.
Adel Al Ali, Group Chief Executive Officer of Air Arabia, said the new route reflects the airline’s commitment to offering travellers greater choice and convenience between the UAE and Jordan.
He added that operating services to two airports in the Jordanian capital will further facilitate travel, tourism and trade between the two countries.
With the launch of the new route, Air Arabia Abu Dhabi will offer 10 weekly flights to Amman, combining daily services to Queen Alia International Airport with three weekly flights to Amman City Airport.
The route also complements the wider Air Arabia Group network, with additional non-stop connections to Amman from Sharjah.
Air Arabia Abu Dhabi operates a fleet of 12 Airbus A320 aircraft, providing passengers with a value-driven travel experience. Onboard services include the “SkyTime” streaming service, the “SkyCafe” menu, and the “Air Rewards” loyalty programme.
Passengers can book flights via the airline’s website, call centre, or authorised travel agencies.
