After a goalless first half at the Etihad Stadium, City broke the deadlock through Jeremy Doku on the hour mark, who cut inside from the left and curled a brilliant strike into the top corner.

Erling Haaland doubled the lead in the 75th minute, bundling the ball in from close range, before Omar Marmoush added a late third in stoppage time to complete the win.

Title race goes to the wire

City now sit on 74 points from 35 games, with Arsenal set to face West Ham United on Sunday. Pep Guardiola’s side remain unbeaten in the league since January, setting up a tense finish to the season as the title battle goes down to the final games.
