Al Huwaidi said the programme graduated 20 talented participants and, for the first time, featured distinguished participants from local organisations in Sharjah, including the Khalid bin Sultan Al Qasimi Humanitarian Foundation, The Big Heart Foundation and the Sharjah Government Media Bureau.
BEEAH Group honoured the graduates of the “Future Leaders 2025–2026” programme during the ceremony, which was attended by Khaled Al Huraimel, Group Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of BEEAH Group, alongside Alya Al Suwaidi, Director of the Sharjah Government Media Bureau, and several senior officials.
Al Huwaidi told “Sharjah 24” that the second cohort marked the first participation of local Sharjah-based entities in the initiative, with 20 promising leadership talents completing the programme.
She explained that the programme was launched in partnership with Emeritus to provide a comprehensive educational and professional development experience over a period of 10 months. The programme combined training, learning and close mentoring across a range of vital fields, including leadership, strategic management, business development, technology and innovation.
