Al Hamriyah Mun. greets worshipers with roses after Eid prayer

Sharjah 24: In an atmosphere brimming with joy and happiness, and imbued with the values of genuine community cohesion, Al Hamriyah Municipality in the Emirate of Sharjah continued its long-standing annual tradition of bringing smiles to the faces of residents. The municipality greeted families, citizens, and residents after the Eid Al Adha prayer.

Municipality teams warmly welcomed worshippers at the Eid prayer ground and the surrounding area, as well as at mosques, offering them sincere congratulations and blessings on the occasion of these blessed days. Amidst joyous celebrations, fragrant roses were distributed to parents, adding a touch of warmth and affection that enhanced the spirituality of this great occasion.

Large-scale outreach programme

The joy of children was also evident in the greetings; The municipality made a point of giving special attention to children to deepen their joy during Eid, by organising a large-scale outreach programme that included distributing colourful balloons, bright roses, and symbolic gifts. This created an atmosphere of happiness and joy among families, transforming the area around the prayer ground into a warm social gathering that reflects the close relationship between the municipality and the public, and underscores the municipality's commitment to actively participating in various religious and national occasions.

On this happy occasion, His Excellency Mubarak Rashid Al Shamsi, Director of Al Hamriyah Municipality, extended his warmest congratulations and blessings to the wise leadership of the United Arab Emirates, to His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, and to the people of the UAE and the Arab and Islamic nations, praying to God Almighty that these blessed days return to everyone with goodness, prosperity, and blessings.

In a statement, His Excellency Mubarak Rashid Al Shamsi affirmed that this annual initiative stems from the municipality's strategy to enhance social responsibility, strengthen direct communication with the residents of Al Hamriyah, and share in their joys at all times.
