Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Department of Human Resources (SDHR) held its fourth dialogue session, which it organised at the headquarters of Al Hefaiyah Mountain Conservation Centre in the city of Kalba, under the title “Functional Institutional Culture”, as a continuation of the series of sessions and seminars “Visions towards Sustainable Leadership”, through which it aims to spread the culture of awareness of improving work environments and enhancing positivity in them.
The session was hosted by Dr. Noura Al Qaseer, a human development and self-development consultant, who addressed topics that aim to enhance institutional work environments, develop job happiness strategies, and enhance productivity and institutional belonging. A number of officials and employees from government entities in the Eastern Region participated in the event.
The session discussed the importance of positive work environments and their role in enhancing productivity and well-being among employees, and effective communication between them and the leadership. It also addressed empowerment, motivation, and talent support. In addition to achieving a balance between professional and personal life.
