Woltemade leads Germany to victory

Germany’s win came thanks to a brace from Newcastle United striker Nick Woltemade, who scored in the 49th and 69th minutes. The victory brings Germany’s total to 12 points, placing them first in the group on goal difference ahead of Slovakia. Slovakia defeated Northern Ireland 1-0 with a late goal from Tomas Bobic.
