Sharjah Police celebrates World Children's Day

Sharjah 24: In celebration of World Children's Day 2025, which takes place on November 20th each year, the Sharjah Police organized a special event for children. This initiative was led by the Security Media Department and welcomed kids from the Little Policeman Nursery as well as those visiting Al Suyoh Park.

The event was filled with fun and engaging activities, where children could participate in games and competitions. They also enjoyed appearances by popular children's characters, "Little Policeman" and "Little Policewoman," adding to the joyful atmosphere.

Brigadier Dr Mohammed Butti Al Hajri, who heads the Security Media Department, highlighted that Sharjah Police takes part in this global celebration because they believe it's essential to raise awareness about children's rights. They aim to promote children’s health and education, ensuring they grow up in a safe and nurturing environment that helps them develop their skills. This, in turn, contributes to creating a more aware and empowered society.

Brigadier Al Hajri also mentioned that Sharjah Police is committed to various initiatives focused on caring for children and providing them with a safe place to grow and learn, emphasizing that protecting children's rights is a shared responsibility and a key part of building a sustainable future.
